  • Once I purchase wedding planning templates from Wedding Organizer, how long can I use them for?
    You can use them for as long as you like once you have made the purchase. We provide access for you to download the files directly to your computer, and once you have them, they are yours to use indefinitely. However, please note that we do not guarantee lifetime access to our server or updates to the content. But as long as you keep the files, you have lifetime use of your templates.
  • Are the consultations and workshops available in multiple languages?
    Yes! The team is very happy to provide international services by offering personal consultations with a wedding planner in both English and Swedish. The same goes for our workshops—no matter the theme, our team always offers one session in English and another in Swedish.
  • Is it possible to customize the provided templates?
    Absolutely! All of our templates, spreadsheets, and sometimes checklists are interactive and can be modified to fit your wedding perfectly.
  • How can I join your digital workshops and what tools are required?
    To join a workshop, make sure you are available at the scheduled time—please note that all times are listed in the Stockholm time zone. Additionally, ensure you have a stable internet connection and sound access on your device. The workshops are held via Zoom, so please make sure you have the latest version of the app to avoid any last-minute updates that could delay your participation.
