Wedding Organizer is founded by Louise Signell, who also started Right Style Weddings, now Lovelu. With over a decade of experience, she has created personalized, thoughtful and stress-free wedding experiences for both Swedish and international couples in Stockholm.Her driving force has always been to create weddings that feel real, that reflect each couple's unique love story and leave an impression long after the day is over. After guiding many couples through their planning journey, the idea grew to gather all the knowledge, structure and emotion into one concept, Wedding Organizer.

Yes, of course! Our team is here for you throughout the planning journey. During our digital workshops, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and receive support and guidance when you need it most.If you get stuck or just want extra security along the way, you can easily book an appointment with our coordinator. You will then receive personal guidance tailored to your situation, so you can move forward with clarity, structure and peace of mind.
Once you have completed your purchase, the templates are yours to use for as long as you want. You simply download the files to your computer, then you have free access to them when it suits you and at your own pace.It is good to know, however, that we cannot guarantee lifelong access to our platform or future updates to the content. However, as long as you save your files, you have the opportunity to use them over and over again, without time limit.
Yes, absolutely! We are happy to help you in both Swedish and English, regardless of where you are located or which language feels most natural to you.Our personal consultations are held in both Swedish and English, and the same applies to our workshops. Regardless of the theme, we always offer one session in Swedish and one in English, so you can take part in the content in the language that suits you best.
Absolutely! Our templates and spreadsheets are designed to be flexible and easy to adjust, so they can be shaped to your specific vision and needs.Many of our checklists are also interactive, making it easy for you to adapt them to your organization, your schedule, and the feel you want to create. The idea is that you can make the tools completely your own, as a natural support in your unique planning journey.
To participate in a workshop, you need to make sure that you are available at the booked time and that you are aware that all times are stated according to Swedish time, Stockholm.Our workshops are held via Zoom, so we recommend that you have the app installed and updated in advance, so that everything works smoothly when it's time to connect. Also, make sure you have a stable internet connection and access to audio on the device you're using.This way, you can arrive at the workshop in peace and quiet and focus fully on your planning and the experience.
